Goals of the National Championship on Climate Action 2025
A National Championship on Climate Action will serve as a powerful platform to accelerate global efforts to combat climate change.
Primary Goals:
 Inspire and Mobilize: Stimulate public interest and engagement in climate action.
 Accelerate Innovation: Foster the development and deployment of cutting-edge climate solutions.
 Recognize Excellence: Celebrate and reward outstanding achievements in climate leadership and innovation.
 Promote Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge sharing and partnerships among stakeholders.
 Inform Policy: Provide valuable data and insights to policymakers for evidence-based decision-making.
Secondary Goals:
 Educate the Public: Raise awareness about climate change and its impacts.
 Empower Youth: Create opportunities for young people to lead and innovate on climate issues.
 Bridge Divides: Foster unity and cooperation among nations and communities.
 Drive Economic Growth: Demonstrate that climate action can create jobs and economic opportunities.

Objectives of a National Championship on Climate Action 2025
A National Championship on Climate Action should aim to:

Potential Formats
A National Championship on Climate Action will take various forms. Here are a few :

o Examples: Climate hackathons, pitch competitions, debate tournaments.

 Award-based:
o Recognize outstanding achievements in climate action through awards in different categories.
o Examples: Lifetime achievement awards, innovation awards, policy impact awards.
 Expo-based:
o Showcase the latest climate technologies, solutions, and research through exhibitions and conferences.
o Examples: Interactive displays, panel discussions, networking events.
 Hybrid Format:

 Rules & Regulations

• Presentation Format: The Presentation must be submitted in advance in one of the following formats: PPTX, PDF, or MP4. We will be providing updated information regarding submission details shortly.

•Virtual Presentation: Participants will convene in a virtual Zoom session, where they will be allotted five minutes to deliver their Presentation.

•Software Freedom: There are no restrictions on the choice of software or application used for the Presentation.

•Evaluation Criteria: The judgment process will revolve around the criteria of content quality, creativity, relevance, and feasibility.
